Today we are a team of 9 full time and freelance recruiters hiring mainly in the IT space covering 75% of our Recruitment Business while the Non IT space to the tune of rest 25%.

Ms Simran Jagtiani , hails from a background of HR with more than 14 years of experience in the Recruitment and Training space. She completed her Full time MBA in Human Resource Management from Welingkars Management Institute in 2001 after which she joined Spanco Telesystems as a Front Desk cum HR Coordinator. In about 4 months she was promoted as Asst.Manager Recruitment since the company was gearing to set up their new International BPO – Respondez’
With good hands on BPO Bulk hiring for more than a year with Respondez , she soon felt the urge to take up more challenges in her role and expertise. She left her job in July 2003 and in about a two and half years started up her own company in the name of her son Suven. It was named "Suven Consultants" which began it’s journey in January 2006. Fantastic !! With the expertise of Bulk BPO hiring, Simran knew that she could easily get her way to some of the big BPO organizations like Intelenet Global, Sutherland BPO, WNS and Respondez’ as well.
However , that wasn’t enough, she soon grew her team to 4 members who took on Recruitment projects for banks like Stanchart, Kotak Mahindra, ABN Amro and Yes Bank. Some of the other hiring was done for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Kotak Life Insurance, Reliance life Insurance too.
By 2008-2009, the company had fairly become popular among industry players and the team became more reliable and known for Quality Hiring and not quantity hiring.
In 2012-2013 , another milestone was achieved when Prof. Rocky Jagtiani, (popularly known as Rocky Sir , among his Students) joined her in this venture to expand it’s wings to Technical Training of Open Source Technologies ( specifically Java , android, web and databases ).
The company achieved it's organizational status in July 2013 as Suven Consultants and Technology Pvt.Ltd. and came to be popular among general public as SCTPL.
